The exchange of products is done exclusively online and it is not possible to physically exchange products in our points of sale.
After receiving the shipment, we ask you to check the product, and if you notice any damage, or the model and size are not suitable for you, you need to contact us within 24 hours from the moment of receiving the order, on the phone number 075 / 205- 204 or send an email to info@optikazeiss.mk , stating your personal details and the reason you want to return / replace the product.
The product subject to replacement must be returned within 15 days from the date of receipt of the order, enclosing the invoice you received upon delivery of the product. The product must be unused, undamaged and packaged in the original packaging in the case that you received with all the accessories supplied. The glasses, packed in their original packaging, should be sent by courier to an address provided by our sellers. The cost of product replacement is borne by the buyer, in the amount of 150 mkd, except when it comes to advertising the product.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the product will be checked for possible damage including its correctness. If damage to the glasses of any kind is found and is the product of improper handling by the customer, the customer is solely responsible for the reduced value of the product, which arises as a consequence of handling the product in a way that is not appropriate. In case of irregularities and damages by the client, the product will not be refunded and the product will be returned to the buyer.
Optika Zeiss reserves the right, in case of product exchange or refund, to make the payment through VISA, EC / MC, Maestro, and the bank at the request of the seller will refund the funds to the user's account.
The deadline for product replacement or refund can be up to 15 days.
